This short story I hope helps with your well being today. We all know that as adults you have to be strong and to do this you'll need to look within yourself. We believe what we believe through us listening to what others have to say and when truth is being taught the Spirit will help you know it's truth you're hearing by the way you feel inside.
In order to know how one is feeling inside, you'll have to take time each day to ponder or meditate. In order to know these feelings you need to know yourself and maybe you don't know yourself too well but that's a good start about knowing this and it's a start in the right direction.
