Many people do not know how to use parental controls, but would like to restrict access to what their children, or guests may view. You are able to restrict access certain web pages, websites, games, certain programs in general, or even the number of hours which they can log on to the computer.Remember that if your computer is directly connected to a domain the parental controls cannot be used. The first thing you want to ensure that you have a separate profile for your kids, or guests to login to. This is so you can apply the parental controls to their account, as the restrictions are on a per account basis. The new account profile cannot have an administrator access, it must be a standard profile.
