The Fisher-Price iXL Learning System is the newest electronic learning toy to hit the market just in time for the 2010 holiday selling season. The iXL is really six different devices in one and comes preloaded with software for each of the six applications right out of the box. Just like the Vtech VReader, the iXL encourages children ages 3 - 7 years of age to learn to read and expand their vocabulary. One of the biggest advantages that the iXL has over the VReader is ease of use. Children will have no problem navigating between the various applications and will love the idea of loading their favorite music.
