My mother and I are Belgians but my stepfather is a Spaniard. My sister is both. Therefore, unnecessary to say that, since my early childhood, I tested the tastes of Spanish aliments. I love Spanish culture and meals and my stepcousins oftentimes say about me that I'm a "very Spaniard person"!
You may consider that I'm absolutely not innovative but my preferred Spanish meal is... Paella de Mariscos! In addition I eat paella as much as feasible, whether I travel to Spain or not. When I am not in Spain, I cook my own paella. And everyone stated that it's even more delectable that the meal served at the restaurants!
