The story about Santa taking 11-months off is ridicules!
Many people don't know the true story about what Santa really does the day after Christmas is over. The very next day, Santa has to get ready for those who are good ALL YEAR ROUND to get their own Santa Birthday Present!
Sure, it is said that Santa does enjoy being out in the public and of course this is true, he's a jolly ole man. Like many of us, being on vacation all the time gets boring and dull. Not to say that Santa would get even fatter if he took all this extra time off. So, to help keep Santa trim(er) the elves came up with what is today known as the Santa Birthday List.
