The video game fitness phenomena established itself just a few years ago when Nintendo launched the Wii and got people up off the couch and moving right along with their video game play. Last year, Microsoft added their hat to the game console fitness ring with the launch of the Kinect for the Xbox 360.
Much research and development was poured into Kinect development, a fact obvious by the solid and smooth running action provided by Kinect and the games that can be played on it. Like Nintendo, Microsoft offers some great fitness and exercise titles that assist the home workout addict in their healthy endeavors, the Kinect Sports game offering is one of them. Additionally, Kinect has a second release in the series called Kinect Sports Season Two. Both are great options for embarking on a home fitness video game based workout routine.
