Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos unveiled their exciting new tablet gadget offering, the Kindle Fire, in late September 2011, sporting a modified Google Android operating system and many of the features Kindle lovers have become attached to.
The device will retail for under $200, have a 7 inch display, and integrate closely with Amazon's new Cloud Drive Service. This will allow the Kindle Fire to cater to millions of established Kindle platform fans, while combining the hot new features of Android and the tablet platform.
Taking advantage of their revolutionary new split browser technology, Amazon Silk is intended to integrate seamlessly with the cloud and all the benefits it can provide.
