Most people leave school with little idea what they really want to do with life or how they're going to achieve it. Also, too many people are stuck thinking that a job choice needs to be something obvious, like a policeman or a baker. Some people need their eyes opened a little, so they can make a choice more suited to their own desires.Career design also means designing how your work will fit in to your lifestyle. Will you work 9-5? Will you work freelance? Will you start a business? Will you work for a while in order to gain industry knowledge before beginning a business of your own?
